All international orders are shipped by DHL Express. Please expect 1-day delivery for local shipping and 5-14 days for international shipping.

All international orders require 2-3 business days processing time due to the requirement of export permit application.

A message will appear during your checkout if we are unable to fulfill orders from your country of purchase.

Export Permits

A CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and FloraExport Permit is mandatory for all international trade of crocodile leather products. The application takes at least 2 to 3 business days to process. Once approved, your order will then be queued for packing and shipping.

Any additional tax imposed by customs are to be borne by buyer.

Restrictions on import of crocodile leather products vary across countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make contact with the local authorities for the import requirements and ensure that all documentation are in place prior to the shipping of the purchased products. KWANPEN will not be responsible for seizure of goods due to insufficient import documentation. Please refer to our terms of sale for more information.

Custom Duties & Taxes

Please be informed that all products available for purchase on KWANPEN.com are priced exclusive of any taxes and duties applicable in the recipient's country. KWANPEN offers DHL Express Delivery along with assistance for CITES permit application and insurance coverage.

As the recipient, you are responsible for settling any import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges must be paid to facilitate the release of your order from customs upon arrival. A DHL representative will contact you to provide details regarding the amount owed for the collection of your order.

Kindly note that failure to settle the duty and tax fees may render you ineligible for a full refund. In such cases, you will bear the shipping costs associated with both the outbound and return shipments to your specified address.
